Huntington Bank Community Alley, under the Market Street bridge, is lit up red tonight in honor of Rowan Sweeney, the 4 year old boy from Struthers, Ohio whose life was senselessly taken in an act of violence on September 21st 2020. Join us along with the City of Youngstown in honoring his memory.
